Interviews

Wie gut ist die User Experience (UX) und die Informationsdarstellung auf der Webseite zur KFZ-Versicherung? Wie können die Absatzzahlen der Zusatzprodukte verbessert werden? Welche Vor- und Nachteile haben die Versicherungspakete für Bestandskund:innen? Wie können Kund:innen davon überzeugt werden, ihre KFZ-Versicherung nicht zu wechseln? Wie denken Kund:innen von Konkurrenzanbietern über die Produkte? Diese Fragen konnten mithilfe von 12 quantitativen Interviews für unseren Kunden AXA Partners in Vorbereitung auf einen Workshop zur Verbesserung der AXA KFZ-Versicherungsprodukte beantwortet.
Mockups einer B2B App für einen Remote-Service im Industrieumfeld. Mithilfe der App kann im Falle eines Stillstands einfach ein QR-Code an der Maschine gescannt werden und das Problem wird per Videochat gemeinsam mit Expertinnen gelöst. Wir haben im Rahmen dieses Projektes gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden das Konzept optimiert und anschließend fertige Designkomponenten an das agile Entwicklungsteam geliefert.
In Mitarbeitercoachings oder Lehrveranstaltungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der IHK Würzburg Schweinfurt vermitteln wir unser Wissen im Bereich User Experience an Quereinsteigerinnen und solche, die es werden wollen. Eine möglichst große Basis mit Wissen im Bereich UX ist die Grundvoraussetzung für eine nachhaltig erfolgreiche Umsetzung von UX Methoden.
